This is my project from creator-owned studio in USA
named Darkrose Studios.

a creator-owned studio specializing in the writing and producing of original sci-fi and fantasy content.

CONCEPT
The logo consists of 3 elements:
1. letter "D" : Initials of "Darkrose Studios":
2. Rose as the main form of the logo to be easily recognized
3. Dark elements, in this case I provide veins in the roses petals to make it look dark

First Step
started to sketch some logos which are the combination of letter "D" and rose. Then I change selected concept into vector with adobe illustrator. You can see them below.
Next Step
finishing the shape of the icon, put the name under the icon with simple but luxury fonts, and look for the appropriate colors.
I think leaves make the icon not look clean, and reduce the impression of corporate logo, so I have to throw it away 😁
it's time to add veins to the rose petals and adjust the lighting on the icon.
The logo was ready! 😁
